After you've implemented your goals it's time to develop your brand. Start by creating a website. Add content to it. Your content is of what you know and have already tested, or what you are currently testing.
Your content will bring your brand out of you. As you produce, you'll feel your strengths and weaknesses. You'll feel where you want to spend more time learning, educating, enjoying the experience of your content. You'll see how you want to brand.
Then you'll redesign your website, share on social media, and know who you want to work with online; companies and clients.
"Keep it simple, Simon" ... Keeping your message simple converts. Overly complicate things, and people begin doubting you. Too many options turns people off, too.
Just as a seasoned web designer would; keep long stories short, use clean visuals and text, and have the most significant impact on your audience by being straight to the point (full of value).
Clearly state on your website or social media profiles that you want people to, “Subscribe to our newsletter,” “Book your reservation now” or “Email us for a free quote today.”
With structure, and content and well-defined CTAs, conversion opportunities should be prominent and enticing.
Give yourself permission to take breaks in order to maintain sanity. Pay attention to your health. Work from home business opportunists are at risk of sedentary lifestyles. Don’t become a statistic. Take time to mediate, exercise, and eat right.
Home business opportunities spoil you by allowing you to set your own hours and work schedule. Which means you’ll need to be your own disciplinarian. You'll need to honor your own system of avoiding distraction and temptation. And be able to set boundaries with people.
In time, you’ll discover what works best for you and your home business opportunities. Just as long as you're taking actionable, measurable steps, you're making progress leading to success.
